1. This anger management course and other lessons on this site are educational in purpose and intent, they are not to be interpreted as therapy or treatment in any form or fashion.
2. This content is not to be used as substitution for receiving treatment, nor is intended to replace any mental health practitioner, counselor, psychologist or physicians advice or directives.
3. The student under penalty of perjury swears that he was not assisted by any other person and that he is the sole one who participated in taking this online course and that the test results are factual and are truly his own answers.
4. The student must pass the test given online before a certificate is awarded, the test cost $10.00 for each retake.
5. The purchaser (Student) understands that this course comes with no guarantee that the course or lessons will work for the intent in which it is taken. ( In other words it is the sole responsibility of the student to check with his attorney, courts or judges about accepting this online anger management course or any lessons curing any illness or mental issue improvement)
6. Being of multiple views and theories, the content was gathered through working experience and is not to be taken as exact or factual, but as educational in a personal belief manner, or opinion nature of the instructor Joseph D. Hayes.
7. No records of attendance will be kept on file by the instructor or his company. If a certificate is lost then one must retake the course in its entirety.
8. First the student agrees to work any conflict manner out through mediation in person in the county of Titus County, Mount Pleasant Texas at the expense of the student. If irresolvable then student agrees only to file law suit in the State of Texas, Titus County in the city of Mount Pleasant. If student violates these two clauses he then agrees to pay punitive damages of $10,000 per each violation and Attorney fees with all expenses for Mr. Joseph D. Hayes to properly defend himself and said business.
9. Mr. Joseph D. Hayes assumes no responsibility for the behavior of students before, during and after completion of the course. The instructor feels that a student will get what they want to get out of a course, and makes not claims as to the benefit of participating in the course.
10. The instructor at his interpretation/discretion has the right to refuse business/class access or granting of certificate to any party for any reason deemed appropriate in Joseph D. Hayes judgment.
11. If for any reason connected to the student that the instructor is subpoenaed in any court then the student agrees to pay $500 a day and all encumbered expenses by Mr. Hayes. Student also agrees to pay $5000 up front for Mr. Hayes to use as an account to pay these expenses. All unused money will be returned to student at the end of the trail. ( Mr. Hayes believes you as the student are responsible for all people that are brought into your case and not honoring the agreed upon contact of paying for services is going to be interpreted by Mr. Hayes as unfavorable and dishonest).
Terms of Agreement for Thera-Diet downloadable book
1. The purchaser agrees to consult a Medical Doctor prior to or before beginning any weight loss/ eating management program or for any information that is used from the Thera-Diet program.
2. You the purchaser will not reproduce the copy righted book (Thera-Diet) in any form (ectronic,audio-ect.) or fashion except for personal use as it is intended to be purchased and utilized.
3. You the purchaser will not distribute, reproduce or use for profit or non-profit the contents or intellectual property of Thera-Diet in any way form or fashion.
4. Permission to use the contents can only be granted by Joseph D. Hayes MS, and must be done so in writing. You may contact him through email to request obtaining this permission.
5. Knowing that monetary harm is impossible to assess if unauthorized reproduction/distribution in any form has happened, the purchaser agrees to pay a sum of $15,000 as punitive damages and all attorney fees and court costs to Mr. Hayes if he is found guilty of reproducing, neglectful handling of material as to present a way to where someone else can reproduce, copy or place material in a situation that would jeopardize the materials profitability by Mr. Hayes.
6. The purchaser agrees to contact Mr. Hayes through email for any usage of his material, unless contractual arrangements in writing are agreed upon prior.
7. For any clarifications of agreement, the purchaser agrees to use Mr. Hayes interpretation as a guide line and adhere to it. If there is a question it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to contact Mr. Hayes for clarification.
8. Guarantee is try for at least 60 days and if not satisfied send a SASE with a letter of request & materials back to Joseph Hayes,P.O. Box 2140 Mt. Pleasant Texas 75456. A refund will be given minus a $2.50 Handling/Downloading/Restocking fee. If returning hard copy book and cd must be in good condition with no markings,tears,bent pages or scractes on cd.
